PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
When Bowen Health set out to build its newest integrative healthcare clinic in Warsaw, Indiana, the vision was clear: create a welcoming, light-filled space that felt like a destination for healing, not an institution. AGA was proud to be part of bringing that vision to life.

The result is a striking 20,000-square-foot facility at 901 Anchorage Point Drive, facing US-30.
This location is Bowen Health's third new clinic along the US-30 corridor, and the first to offer comprehensive dental services.
The Project
Representing a $10 million investment in Kosciusko County, the new Bowen Health Warsaw clinic offers expanded primary health care, mental health and addiction recovery services, life skills coaching, and on-site dentistry.
The facility was designed around Bowen's philosophy of integrative care: multiple disciplines working together under one roof for the betterment of patients.
The building's architecture reflects that philosophy.
Expansive curtainwall glazing wraps the front facade and corners of the building, flooding interior spaces with natural light and signaling openness and transparency to the community it serves.

AGA's Scope of Work
AGA provided and installed the architectural glass and aluminum systems throughout the facility, including:

• Curtainwall across the signature front façade along US-30
• Interior and exterior storefront systems
• Aluminum entry doors and door closers
• Electric hardware on select entry doors for managed building access
• Automatic door operators paired with remote push-buttons at the main entry for wheelchair accessibility
AGA worked alongside general contractor W.J. Carey Construction, whose well-run project management helped ensure a smooth installation from start to finish.
What's Next
New clinics are currently under construction in Wabash and Huntington along US-24. AGA looks forward to continuing its partnership with Bowen Health on future locations.
