Project Manager Position Available
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of commercial window, storefront, and curtain wall projects from contract award through final closeout. Based in Northeast Indiana, this full-time role bridges preconstruction, fabrication, and field installation — coordinating closely with estimating, engineering, fabrication, field crews, and customers. What You'll Do:
- Manage assigned projects from kickoff through closeout, including scope review, scheduling, and milestone tracking
- Attend preconstruction, progress, and coordination meetings with owners, GCs, and design teams
- Conduct field measurements and site verifications, and establish fabricated sizes to kick off production
- Prepare GDS/shop drawings and fabrication sheets for storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems
- Lead production kickoff meetings to align fabrication, purchasing, and installation
- Monitor daily production, manage punch lists, and coordinate inspections, approvals, and turnover
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of project and field staff
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and jobsite standards
Ideal Candidates:
- Have experience managing commercial construction projects — preferably glazing, curtain wall, or storefront
- Understand fabrication processes, installation sequencing, and jobsite coordination
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

We're seeking hard-working individuals to install and repair glass and aluminum systems in commercial and residential settings throughout Northeast Indiana.
This hands-on role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
