AGA (Architectural Glass & Aluminum) is a commercial glazing contractor based in Columbia City, Indiana, and a division of N.A. Holding Corp. The work spans curtain walls, storefront entries, skylights, structural glass, glass railing systems, and architectural sunscreens for projects across Northeast Indiana and the surrounding region. Clients know AGA as the "Go-To Guys" for glass.

Two positions are open now, one in project management and one in the field. Both are full-time roles based in Northeast Indiana. Both include competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, along with room to grow on an expanding team.
Project Manager
The Project Manager carries commercial window, storefront, and curtain wall projects from contract award through final closeout. The role sits between preconstruction, fabrication, and field installation, which means steady coordination with estimating, engineering, fabrication, field crews, and customers.
The work moves from scope review and scheduling into field measurement, shop drawings, and production kickoff, then through daily production, punch lists, inspections, and turnover. It also oversees safety standards and helps bring on and train new project and field staff.
AGA is looking for experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably glazing, curtain wall, or storefront, along with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Field Installer
Field Installers install and repair glass and aluminum systems on job sites throughout Northeast Indiana. The work is hands-on and physical, often at height, and it may include occasional overnight travel.
Mechanical aptitude, comfort working at height, and a valid driver's license matter more here than a particular résumé. AGA trains the rest.
